A perfectly shaped stainless steel spiral arm gently rotates along the side of the bowl to create perfectly soft dough. The customer has the choice of 2 models 160kg and 250kg. Bowl, dividing blade and spiral arm engineered in hygienic stainless steel for quick and easy cleaning. Interchangeable trolley with ergonomically positioned handle. Features an innovative user-friendly controller with independent motors for both the bowl and spiral arm. Stainless steel safety grid to conform to the strictest safety requirement.
